Our team was approached by the Balranald Shire Council to take on the website refresh for the council website, we were very excited and couldnt wait to work with their amazing team. The most important decision when they were deciding on who to partner with was deciding on where the best support would come from, they wanted an experienced local team that could quickly action their needs, while still being able to provide a great looking website.
The website design had to be quite corporate, yet being a rural community, we decided to keep elements of the outback and design a more semi-formal approach to keep in more in-line with their community.
Our biggest task outside of making sure everything was one click away for the community, was migrating the hundreds upon hundreds of posts, events, pages and more.
Overall we are very excited with the website and the amount of people using it for their needs in the Balranald region, and we’ve loved every bit of working with the Balranald Shire Council team as we continue a great partnership moving into the future.
